This senior position supports the Privacy Lead as a key member of the Privacy Team. The role's primary objective is to enhance Endeavour's privacy compliance and help implement a comprehensive privacy framework across the organisation. The role is hybrid - based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Your core responsibilities will include providing expert privacy advice, conducting complex privacy impact assessments, developing and maintaining policies, standards and guidelines, and assisting in the management of privacy incidents and regulatory notifications as well as delivering privacy training and education to the business. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Cyber, Compliance, Technology and Data Governance as well as various Business Units and functions, to strengthen the company's privacy culture, contribute to the development and delivery of privacy training programs and participate in strategic initiatives related to data privacy, including the responsible use of data and AI.
