About The Position

The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) builds products that power infrastructure, solutions, and data management for customers. Our teams design and develop hardware and software that connect infrastructure, accelerate computational workloads, integrate across the stack, protect data continuity, and deliver platforms, applications, and diagnostics that customers rely on daily at enterprise scale. Within ISG, innovation involves challenging assumptions and reimagining how work gets done. Engineers define intent, author specifications, and orchestrate AI agents. AI is embedded throughout the development process to increase speed, learning, and impact. The most important contributions remain human: deciding what to build, designing how it should work, and applying judgment to earn customer trust. We move quickly toward important work, reward experimentation, encourage bold thinking, and remove barriers to bring great ideas to reality faster. Our teams embrace a customer-first, first-to-market mindset, transforming feedback into better products and outcomes. We seek builders who question, improve, and rewrite the status quo. If you are energized by solving complex systems challenges, excited to work alongside AI to amplify your impact, and motivated by shaping what's next, you'll find your place here. Join us to help build the future of enterprise technology. Thermal Engineering leads and delivers the development of innovative and compliant thermal design solutions, as well as cross-functional interfaces for computer systems and peripherals. Our team conducts analysis, feasibility studies, and testing of thermal products, instruments, subassemblies, and packaging for new and existing products – and then oversees the introduction of design changes to manufacturing organizations. As a Senior Principal Systems Thermal Engineer AI Infrastructure, you will design and validate advanced thermal solutions for data center customers. You will define system-level thermal strategy, develop next-generation cooling technologies, and deliver reliable air- and liquid-cooled designs. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Principal Systems Thermal Engineer AI Infrastructure on our Thermal Engineering team in Austin, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts (relocation assistance available). This posting represents multiple open roles.
