About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the agile execution of multiple engineering scrum teams in a government-funded environment. It guides program planning and backlog preparation, coaches teams in agile practices, manages impediments and risks, coordinates stakeholders, and tracks performance through agile metrics. This position is hybrid, with relocation available. The full-time salary range is $120,874–$205,486. BAE Systems describes a benefits package for regular employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, including health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; disability coverage; life and accident insurance; an employee assistance program; a legal plan; discounts; paid time off and holidays; and various leave programs. Recognition awards and other incentives may also be available depending on position level and job specifics.
