In this role, you will lead and support cross-functional engineering efforts throughout the full design and development lifecycle, helping teams stay focused, coordinated, and moving toward a common goal.
Requirements
- Control Account Management (CAM) experience
- Bid and proposal experience using Bid Master Web (BMW)
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development experience using MS Project
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring engineers in processes and best practices
- Scrum master and/or Product Owner experience
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

- Active Secret security clearance
- DevSecOps concepts and software tools knowledge
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a dedicated team of software engineers to manage work scope across multiple programs
- Work with Integrated Product Team Leads Leads/Program Managers to ensure requirements are defined and understood, risks/opportunities are managed, and schedules/budgets are met
- Perform and manage Control Account Management (CAM) activities
- Manage Integrate Master Schedules for the DevSecOps Scope
- Create bid and proposal efforts in Bid Master Web (BMW)
