Requirements
- 10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership
- Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation
- Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums
- Experience influencing enterprise strategy
- Visionary leadership in Agile strategy
- Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation
- Strong influence across executive and industry levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- CSPO, PMI, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, CSPO or other advanced Agile Certification
Responsibilities
- Shape enterprise ART vision and strategy
- Develop ART governance frameworks and lead high-impact programs
- Identify Risk Management Planning at the Enterprise level
- Lead Agile transformation at scale across departments
- Represent organization in industry forums and Agile communities
- Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders
- Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies
- May perform other duties as assigned
