About The Position

The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is responsible for building the products that power infrastructure, solutions, and data management for customers. Our teams design and develop hardware and software that connect infrastructure, accelerate computational workloads, integrate across the stack, protect data continuity, and deliver platforms, applications, and diagnostics that customers rely on daily at an enterprise scale. Innovation within ISG involves challenging assumptions and reimagining how work is done, with AI embedded throughout the development process to increase speed and learning. The most critical contributions remain human-centric: defining what to build, designing its functionality, and applying judgment to earn customer trust. The company moves quickly, rewards experimentation, encourages bold thinking, and removes barriers to accelerate the realization of great ideas. Teams embrace a customer-first, first-to-market mindset, using rapid feedback to improve products and outcomes. The company seeks builders who question, improve, and rewrite the status quo. This role is for individuals energized by complex systems challenges, excited to collaborate with AI, and motivated to shape the future rather than maintain the past.
