About The Position

The Platform Engineering group is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer, Infrastructure Platform Architect to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise Infrastructure for one of our premier programs. The role's core responsibility revolves around architecting an infrastructure platform that is consistent, scalable, efficient, and reduces overall program deployment times. You will be on a team that is responsible for development and operational environments consisting of a mix of servers, workstations, storage, networks, and custom hardware. These environments provide the enterprise backbone for product development and testing for a large program. You will operate at the intersection of product, platform, and users — translating developer needs into usable platform capabilities. The role requires strong frontend engineering instincts, backed by solid backend infrastructure knowledge.
