About The Position
What success looks like in this role: Leads the largest, most complex and business critical client implementations that may be global in nature. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key client executives. Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles related to client implementations, client service and project management by involving BU Consulting, CTO and Solution Management experts Assists management in developing expertise and capabilities within the Service Delivery organization. Applies deep understanding of client needs to identify and propose out-of-scope or new opportunities to leverage the company's products and services. You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 12+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree preferred This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
