Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience must include: North American payroll processing; Different payroll systems and regulations in EMEA, LATM and APAC; Global payroll systems, compliance and regulations; GlobalView payroll system; Policy-based payroll and policy editor tool; Working with Jira align for product management activities including planning, budgeting, build roadmaps, rollout plans etc.; Creating and managing capability maps, cross program dependency boards, customer feedback and problem management modules in jira align software; User journey mapping tools such as Miro or Cardboard; and Guide and train product teams on tools and processes.

  • Responsible for working with development teams to design and propose technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and other stakeholders, while facilitating meetings and workshops to ensure a common understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Leverage his experience in ADP's cloud, Payroll Solution Next Generation Payroll Innovation, HCM Solution, the Policy / Rule development framework, and the Payroll Policy Framework as well as knowledge on risk management activities to play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle by working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for NextGen WFN.
  • Help developers understand Payroll concepts, and act as the liaison between product and development, while bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that software products meet user expectations and deliver business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for software projects.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and create clear and detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance software solutions and assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are on track and meet quality standards, while collaborating with quality assurance teams to define test cases and validate software functionality.
  • Support user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and provide thought leadership to Product and BSAs on payroll taxonomy, policies, and consuming the next gen payroll features.
