The Sr Pricing Manager will lead the transformation of pricing across the IPS organization, building the structure, discipline, and analytics required to protect margin, enable strategic growth, and strengthen commercial decision-making globally. This role will develop and institutionalize a global pricing operating model—moving the organization from a decentralized process to a structured, value-based, and data-driven pricing discipline. The Sr Pricing Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Marketing to drive consistent pricing methodologies, governance, and performance transparency across regions. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, matrixed manufacturing environment.
