About The Position

The Pricing and Proposals Specialist is responsible for supporting a compliant and compelling proposal in response to Commercial and Government Research & Development (R&D) solicitation requirements. The specialist works closely with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and functional departments as necessary (e.g., Contracts/Subcontracts, Quality, Procurement) to develop a comprehensive and compliant Cost Proposal.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field of study (or equivalent work experience on a 1:1 basis).
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience in similar roles.
Propricer Contractor Edition expertise.
Professional-level proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Extremely high attention to detail; highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
Ability to flex work schedule to accommodate government-defined deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

Experience preparing US Government-compliant Cost Volume.
Security clearance preferred; Ability to obtain a security clearance is desirable but not required.
