Position Overview We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to support our Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team in driving pricing strategy, deal analytics, and revenue optimization. This high-impact role will play a critical part in shaping financial outcomes through smart pricing decisions, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Pricing, FP&A, or a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks for executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments.
  • MBA or graduate-level coursework in Finance, Economics, or Statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CRO to manage the financial aspects of deal-making, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market and competitive pricing research to inform strategic pricing decisions.
  • Serve as the primary resource for Sales leadership on financial inquiries, including billing data, margin analysis, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and revenue planning models.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards to track pricing KPIs, deal performance, and profitability trends.
