About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Presentation Designer to help us tell the DonerColle Partners story and, ultimately, win new business. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling and business development. You’ll be responsible for creating the outward-facing materials that bring our agency, our capabilities and our work to life in ways that are clear, compelling and differentiated. A big part of the day-to-day will be designing RFI and RFP responses, pitch presentations, credentials, case studies and other materials for our new business team. But this isn’t simply about making decks look better. It’s about understanding what we’re trying to communicate, who we’re communicating it to and finding the most powerful way to tell that story visually. You’ll also create bespoke presentation systems and templates for individual opportunities, taking inspiration from a prospective client’s brand while making sure the work feels distinctly ours. Every assignment is different. The best ones should feel that way.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design, visual storytelling and brand thinking.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation platforms including PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
• Experience with advanced design technology, AI and all requisite tools.
• Experience with motion, simple animation and GIF creation.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, information hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• The ability to understand a brand quickly and translate that understanding into smart, relevant design.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines at once.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with people across disciplines and levels of an organization.
• The judgment to know when a presentation needs a big visual idea and when it simply needs to communicate something clearly.
• A high level of attention to detail, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
• The ability to work quickly without making the work feel rushed.
• This is a new business role. The work moves fast, the audience changes constantly and the stakes are real. We’re looking for someone who likes that.

Responsibilities

• Design RFI and RFP submissions, pitch decks, credentials, case studies and other new business materials.
• Create custom presentation templates and visual systems tailored to individual clients and opportunities.
• Help bring our agency positioning, capabilities, differentiation and work to life visually.
• Turn complex information into presentations that are clear, intuitive and compelling.
• Work closely with new business, strategy, creative, account leadership and senior agency leaders.
• Quickly develop an understanding of prospective clients, their brands, categories, audiences and marketing objectives.
• Create simple animation, motion graphics, GIFs and other visual elements that make presentations more engaging.
• Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across everything we put in front of a prospective client.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, contributors and rounds of feedback without losing track of the details.
