We are seeking a results-driven Senior Presales Systems Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise networking solutions across Aruba, Juniper, and HPE portfolios. Proven ability to align technical architectures with business outcomes, support large-scale sales engagements, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. This position will be in Austin/Central Texas covering Local Government and K-12 accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise networking solutions across Aruba, Juniper, and HPE portfolios.
  • Proven ability to align technical architectures with business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to support large-scale sales engagements.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
  • Expertise in Aruba Central or Juniper Mist AI.
  • Experience in HPE Networking, Network Design (LAN/WAN/DC/Wi-Fi), Cloud Networking.
  • Sales Enablement Experience.
  • RFP/RFI Response.
  • Proof of Concepts.
  • Network Security.
  • Proven track record of being a trusted advisor to Local Government/K-12 customers.
  • Experience driving technical sales strategy.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to architect Aruba, Juniper, and HPE-based solutions.
  • Experience leading customer workshops and POCs.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology or work experience equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Aruba Certifications or Juniper Certifications.
  • HPE ASE, CWNP preferred.
