About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Presales Solutions Architect at Argano is a key contributor to the presales team, responsible for supporting the sales organization. This role provides advanced Salesforce Data Cloud expertise and demonstrates complex customer data, AI, and CRM solutions to existing and prospective clients. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and the Salesforce Platform, along with the ability to develop and present compelling product demonstrations. The role includes facilitating discovery sessions, conducting assessments, contributing to proposal responses, and maintaining internal demo environments. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both Salesforce and Argano's services, as well as a proven track record of successful presales support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles, including 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and the Salesforce Platform, including experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with complex data analysis, data strategy, data modeling, data migrations, data integration, and ETL processes across enterprise environments.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and integration technologies such as MuleSoft or Informatica; familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehouses such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP, formerly Evergage) and knowledge of customer segmentation, personalized journeys, marketing automation, and data-driven customer experiences is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities such as Flows, Apex, LWC, Data Actions, and Flow integrations is a plus.
• Experience with AI and emerging Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, is preferred.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFPs, and proposals.
• Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into business value and effectively present solutions to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and collaborating across sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT organizations.
• Product Demonstration: Proficiency in demonstrating Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, Customer 360, data unification, segmentation, activation, and AI-driven use cases to prospective clients.
• Complex Solutions: Proficiency in evaluating and presenting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, including Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Argano consulting services.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, business leaders, technical teams, data architects, and cross-functional stakeholders while delivering tailored solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to partner closely with sales teams to support deal progression, influence technical strategy, and bridge the gap between sales pursuits and project delivery.
• Solution Design: Ability to develop solution architectures and recommend customized Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging executive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of Salesforce and Argano's services.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, address technical concerns, and drive confidence throughout the sales cycle.
• Multitask: Ability to manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate information gathering sessions for both product demonstrations and solution scoping purposes.
• Lead in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and data strategy.
• Design and present high-impact, integrated Salesforce Data Cloud demonstrations that align with client needs and strategic business goals.
• Provide technical insight for proposal responses, RFPs, and other client-facing documentation.
• Build technical documentation, architecture diagrams, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to support client solutions, taking a consultative approach to identifying client needs and articulating Argano's technical value proposition.
• Stay current on Salesforce innovations, industry trends, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and competitive offerings.
• Play a key role in helping clients achieve proof of value and facilitate a seamless transition to Argano delivery teams.
• Foster strong relationships with Salesforce to drive innovation and remain current on Data Cloud enhancements, platform capabilities, and new functionality.
• Conduct advanced product training sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with the broader presales team to build and maintain integrated Salesforce demonstration environments.
