This position assists in the completion of premium billing functions including timely and accurate invoicing, account reconciliation, and collections. Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies and prepares appropriate balancing documents. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of premium management methodologies to assure accurate account reconciliation and assist others within the department. Completes special projects as requested and proposes ideas for improving day to day processes.
