About The Position

Levy is seeking a hospitality-driven Calamos & Glass Club Manager to oversee operations within two of the United Center's premier premium dining spaces. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for season ticket holders, VIP guests, corporate partners, and other high-profile clientele while leading and developing a team of hourly employees, including union team members. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced premium club operations while maintaining Levy's service standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality, food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or premium club management experience.
  • Experience supervising large hourly teams; union workforce experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional service to VIP and high-profile guests.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all event days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all front-of-house operations for the Calamos Club and Glass Club during Bulls, Blackhawks, concerts, and special events.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop hourly and union team members to ensure exceptional service and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with season ticket holders, VIP guests, suite holders, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure all club areas are properly staffed, stocked, and event-ready.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily operational priorities.
  • Maintain Levy's premium hospitality standards and address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to execute seamless events.
  • Monitor labor, inventory, product requisitions, and financial performance.
  • Oversee POS operations, cash handling, payroll verification, and gratuity processing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, PCI, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Conduct event walkthroughs and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and operational performance.
  • Complete all required reporting, inventories, incident documentation, and administrative responsibilities.
