The Senior Premier Relationship Manager is a licensed position within Retail Banking Sales & Service, requiring specific financial and insurance licenses. This role involves proactively building and managing a portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branch locations, serving as the primary client contact to identify financial needs and offer solutions in compliance with regulatory policies. The manager will collaborate with BMO partners and the community to foster relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, the role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and acquiring new assets from both existing and new clients. Key responsibilities include making product, pricing, and service recommendations, connecting clients with business partner experts, and reviewing credit applications to maintain asset and credit quality. The position also entails conducting customer review meetings, engaging in community activities to identify prospects, and mentoring branch personnel on mass affluent client strategies. Additionally, the manager will educate clients on digital banking options, provide product support, diagnose and resolve problems, and adhere to security, safeguarding, and regulatory procedures. The role requires independent judgment to solve complex problems and a commitment to BMO's Risk Management Framework.
