About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to grow, deepen, and manage relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs. The banker serves as a primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The role focuses on advice-led relationship building, meaningful discovery, and translating customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies. The banker owns and grows a defined book of business, using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also assists with everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests, and collaborates with partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. Wells Fargo provides digital tools, training, and ongoing coaching to support customer service and career growth. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are successfully completed. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role after completing licensing requirements. The position requires the ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe; maintaining required FINRA licenses is necessary for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. The role also requires meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Loan originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies, and may be subject to credit-report review and ongoing screening. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
