Senior Premier Banker Oak Grove Plaza

Wells Fargo•Concord, CA

About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and delivers integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, such as opening accounts and handling service requests. The position focuses on advice-led customer relationships: learning customers’ goals, translating them into financial strategies, and conducting ongoing reviews as needs change. The banker collaborates with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners, and promotes digital and mobile self-service options. The role includes supporting branch colleagues with relationship development and complex customer needs, while maintaining sound documentation, risk judgment, and compliance. Employees hired into the Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role remain in that temporary role until they complete required licensing and SAFE registration, after which they transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Employees who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within designated timeframes. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the employee starts. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
