Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and people with complex financial needs, serving as their primary contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and delivers integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests. The Senior Branch Premier Banker builds trust through discovery-driven advice, ongoing reviews, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. The position is supported by digital tools, training, and coaching, and offers a platform for career growth. A temporary Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is available until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed; successful completion leads to transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Employees hired into the LP role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The role requires working a schedule that includes most Saturdays. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe, and SAFE registration is required at the time of employment. Additional licensing, financial fitness, background, and loan-originator requirements may apply. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The posting lists branch locations in Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon, Arizona; positions may not be available at every listed location.
