About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker leads with advice, uses meaningful discovery to understand customer goals, and translates those goals into comprehensive financial strategies. The role owns and actively grows a defined book of business, using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. Success depends on strong relationship skills, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. The banker is supported by digital tools, training, and coaching, and contributes to a differentiated customer experience while helping customers make informed financial decisions. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are successfully completed, after which employees transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Employees hired into the license-pending role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program.
