The Senior Preferred Banking Advisor is a single point of contact responsible for executing the full client life cycle, with a particular focus on treasury management expertise and deposit requests. The advisor demonstrates a “sales, service, operations” philosophy in client interactions, responds to and resolves client requests, and provides expert guidance on treasury management, loans, commercial accounts, and personal accounts. The role works with internal departments and resources, including the Preferred Banker support system, to drive client satisfaction. The advisor communicates with clients proactively, identifies opportunities to promote bank products based on client patterns and needs, and serves as an expert in treasury management and deposit operations. The role owns information flow related to technical and operational processes, requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service, while fostering relationships with leadership across bank divisions and departments. The advisor meets or exceeds service, turnaround, cross-selling, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, productivity, and efficiency standards; supports leadership initiatives; and develops as a preferred banker by meeting department metrics, completing training, and demonstrating knowledge in client and team interactions.
