We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Pre-Sales Infrastructure/Network Design Engineer to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in New York City In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required10 - 12 years of application or infrastructure related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Well versed in network extranet technology
- Comfortable presenting Extranet design to External Clients, Vendors, and Partners
- Understands application flow through a private Extranet connection, with respect to Firewalls, Load-balancers, and routers.
- Ability to support and manage technical troubleshooting efforts
Responsibilities
- Develops Client-specific designs in PowerPoint and Visio using approved solutions
- Provides technical oversight to clients throughout onboarding process.
- Serve as a technical SME for client connectivity
