Infrastructure Group Manager - Senior Vice President
About The Position
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement global storage strategies, roadmaps, and policies. Infrastructure Management: Manage large SAN environments, Software-Defined Storage (i.e. PowerFlex) including provisioning, zoning, upgrades, and performance tuning. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead globally dispersed storage operations teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with network, server, security, and application teams to resolve issues and support business needs. Capacity & Performance: Proactively plan for capacity, monitor utilization, and resolve performance bottlenecks. Security & Compliance: Implement security patching, access controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee third-party vendors (like logistics/support) and manage budgets. This will involve management and leadership over the entire global block storage estate including both software-defined and legacy storage array technologies. Managing a 24x7 follow the sun operations and support model for delivering seamless storage services to our internal customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive and distinguished experience as a senior storage/technical leader in a large (global) enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
