Day in the Life of a Senior Practice Management Analyst Backgrounds with identifiable CareLogic and Waystar experience with be reviewed first. The Senior Practice Management Analyst is responsible for providing advanced support, analysis, and optimization of the clinic’s practice management (PM) and clearinghouse systems. This role acts as a subject matter expert for Waystar, CareLogic, and Medgen, ensuring that scheduling, registration, coding, and billing-related workflows run efficiently. The Senior Analyst will partner with clinical, operational, and administrative teams in medication assisted treatment setting to improve patient access, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
