About The Position

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Analyst to support the Attack Systems Division, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WID is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • The Contractor will assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by the directorate.
  • The Contractor will assist by drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization, or control.
  • The Contractor will provide assistance determining short-range and long-range functional manning requirements.
  • The Contractor will assist in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the directorate and divisional levels.
  • The Contractor will assist with briefing representatives for the purpose of explaining human resource issues.
  • The Contractor will assist in tracking directorate personnel manning and in preparing organization charts.
  • The Contractor will apprise the Government human resource team of the location of spreadsheets, databases, briefing material and documentation generated in the performance of management analyst support functions.
  • The Contractor will assist in evaluating and analyzing functional/non-functional military manpower data and organizational structures.
  • The Contractor will assist in the management of the individual mobilization augmentee, officer promotion, military assignment cycle, duty title/rater changes, professional military education and advanced academic degree programs for the directorate.
  • The Contractor will assist in updating/retrieving information in Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS), RMIS, military personnel data system and directorate databases, included but not limited to SharePoint.
  • The Contractor will assist with briefing the monthly status information to the director.
  • The Contractor will assist as directorate alternate point of contact for FOIA and privacy act programs.
  • The Contractor will assist in evaluating and analyzing functional/non-functional manpower data and organizational structures.
  • The Contractor will assist in the management of the civilian performance management program, program resource viewer, applicable manpower studies/models which include, but are not limited to, acquisition & sustainment unit and new work programs for the directorate.
  • The Contractor will assist in gathering and studying manpower documentation and making recommendations where appropriate.
  • The Contractor will assist the division lead with SharePoint site development and maintenance.
  • The Contractor will assist with developing, maintaining, updating and redesigning required manpower and personnel spreadsheets, databases, briefing slides and documentation necessary for operation of directorate manpower.
  • The Contractor will assist in updating/retrieving information in CHRIS, RMIS, Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and directorate databases, included but not limited to SharePoint.
  • The Contractor will assist with updating/creating directorate organization charts utilizing RMIS and other charting formats.
  • The Contractor will assist with briefing the monthly status information to the director.
  • The Contractor will assist in managing and tracking the directorate training program activities.
  • The Contractor will assist with tracking the training budget information for the training Government purchase card holder.
  • The Contractor will assist in updating/retrieving training information from the education and management training system, (CHRIS), RMIS and directorate databases, included but not limited to SharePoint.
  • The Contractor will assist in processing training requests to include attendance at conferences, seminars and college/university courses.
