About The Position

We are seeking a Senior (Lead) Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developer to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role is responsible for technical leadership, solution architecture contribution, and the implementation of advanced capabilities including Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven experiences. You will lead technical delivery across complex programs, particularly in government and regulated environments.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• PL-400 Certification (essential)
• Proven experience leading delivery of enterprise-scale solutions
• Deep expertise in: Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CE, Integration patterns and architecture, Custom development (.NET, JavaScript)
• Strong experience designing and delivering Copilot / AI-enabled solutions
• Experience in government or regulated environments (highly regarded)
• Technical Skills: Power Platform (advanced), Dynamics 365 CE (deep expertise), Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI integration patterns, .NET / C# (plugins, APIs), JavaScript / TypeScript, Azure Integration Services, DevOps / CI-CD / ALM

Nice To Haves

• Azure AI Services / enterprise AI architecture experience
• Experience defining governance models (security, environments, ALM)
• Microsoft certifications: PL-600 (highly desirable)
• AI-102 (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across: Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse), Dynamics 365 CE, Integration and data architecture
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution patterns
• Own technical design documentation and architecture decisions
• Develop and oversee: Plugins and custom workflows (C#/.NET), Custom APIs and integrations, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations
• Establish coding standards and review implementation quality
• Design and implement Copilot-first solutions
• Lead development of Copilot Studio agents and enterprise AI experiences
• Define patterns for: AI integration with Dataverse and external systems, Automation, summarisation, and intelligent workflows
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and compliance requirements
• Lead technical streams across projects
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers
• Provide input into estimation, planning, and solution strategy
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
• Design complex integrations using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
• Define data models, governance, and performance optimisation strategies
• Oversee data migration and transformation approaches
• Work directly with clients, architects, and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and technical assurance
