About The Position

Our client is looking for an experienced hands-on Power Platform developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Requirements

Skilled and experienced in Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice To Haves

Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
Certifications such as PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.

Responsibilities

Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including both Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
Create and configure Power Pages for external and internal websites.
Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Power Platform customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
Utilize experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Lead functionality Client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Understand the business and its challenges, functionally map solutions to identified use cases, and develop applications using the Power Platform.
Hold certifications such as PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.
Participate in code reviews and enforce standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot Power Platform issues, document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
Create design solutions and document common use case scenarios.
Apply preferred experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
Develop and disseminate documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis, regarding platform usage.
Prepare mockups and prototypes based on requirements, leveraging knowledge of Power Platform features and tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.
Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and assist in defining or refining a governance approach for platform usage across the organization.
Participate in the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
