The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ), Information Services Section is seeking to hire a Senior Power Platform Developer (Information Systems Specialist 8) to serve as a senior‑level authority, architect, and technical leader for our enterprise Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI integrations, and AI‑enabled capabilities. In this role, you will deliver expert consultation, design leadership, and platform engineering across DOJ divisions to build secure, reliable, compliant, and user‑focused business applications that directly support mission‑critical operations. You will ensure all solutions meet DOJ security baselines, follow enterprise governance standards, adhere to FTI, PII, CJIS, and NIST 800‑53 requirements, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, data platforms, identity controls, and external partners—using modern lifecycle, auditability, and compliance patterns. Operating within the Dev/Ops Experience, you will lead solution architecture, oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), establish reusable components, evaluate platform capabilities, and provide guidance to developers and business units. You will define technical direction for Power Platform, collaborate with enterprise security, architecture, and data teams, advise management on roadmap decisions, mentor junior developers, and help ensure DOJ’s low‑code environment remains stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategy. This role is a hybrid of remote work and in-office work. Remote work is embraced to the fullest extent possible without interfering with business. There is an expectation of reporting to the Salem office occasionally for scheduled team meetings. The finalist must reside in the state of Oregon by the time of appointment. Apply today!
