About The Position
WTW is seeking an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to support the BI Analytics Reporting team in delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role will focus on designing and developing Power BI dashboards/semantic models supporting Finance, HR, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
- Experience developing and maintaining data solutions using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models and visualizations
- Experience building and optimizing Power BI datasets, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
- Experience integrating Power BI solutions with Azure Data Lakehouse, Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse, and Azure Synapse environments
- Experience with data modeling and data analysis
- Experience optimizing existing reports and dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability
- Experience supporting enhancements and troubleshooting within the existing reporting environment
- Experience following established development standards, governance practices, and devops processes
- Experience collaborating with data engineers and database teams
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that provide actionable insights to business users.
- Develop and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models and visualizations.
- Build and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
- Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data Lakehouse, Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse, and Azure Synapse environments.
- Perform data modeling and data analysis to ensure high-quality and performant analytics solutions.
