The Senior Portfolio Strategist is responsible for ensuring the consistency of portfolio management across the company. This individual is expected to have a forward-looking vision, anticipating long-term market movements and steering the firm’s strategies to capitalize on these trends. The role involves spearheading product and technical innovations, as well as leading strategic research initiatives to position the firm as an authority in the industry.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income asset management is required.
Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate investment opportunities and market conditions are critical.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and investment analysis software and tools is required.
Expert knowledge of the asset management business.
Strong leadership skills are critical for success in this position.
Must possess extensive experience managing relationships with top clients.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans.
Proficiency in advanced analytical and financial modeling tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies.
Strong project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the financial sector.

An MBA, CFA or CTP designation preferred.
