Senior Portfolio Community Manager - Orange County
About The Position
This is an evergreen posting intended to build a talent pipeline for future Community Manager opportunities. While there may not be an immediate opening, Action Property Management is continuously seeking experienced professionals who align with their values and service standards. Applications will be reviewed and retained for consideration as current and future opportunities become available within their Orange County portfolio. Community Managers typically manage 4 to 7 communities and receive dedicated support from key departments, allowing them to focus on key objectives and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HOA portfolio management experience.
- CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
- Evening availability for Board meetings.
- Ability to travel to and from property for in-person meetings when needed.
- Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
- Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4 to 7 communities.
- Focus on key objectives to offer a level of service, expertise, and knowledge that surpasses client expectations.
- Attend Board meetings in the evening.
- Travel to and from properties for in-person meetings when needed.
- Follow up on all issues in a timely manner.
