We are seeking a PMO Senior Consultant with strong Capital Markets domain experience to drive PMO governance and delivery assurance activities across strategic transformation programs. In this role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to oversee program controls, reporting, risk management, and governance activities. A deep understanding of Capital Markets operations, products, trade lifecycle processes, and financial services transformation initiatives is essential for success.

Requirements

  • Strong Capital Markets experience with knowledge of Capital Markets business functions, financial products, trade lifecycle processes, market participants, post-trade operations, and financial services transformation initiatives.
  • Significant PMO experience supporting large-scale Capital Markets programs, including business transformation, technology transformation, regulatory change initiatives, and operational change programs.
  • Strong experience in program governance, portfolio governance, delivery assurance, program planning, executive reporting, and financial tracking and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive PMO governance processes across complex Capital Markets programs.
  • Ensure consistent application of delivery standards, controls, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
  • Support program and portfolio-level governance activities.
  • Lead program-level reporting and provide actionable insights on delivery status, milestones, financials, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and program review meetings.
  • Engage effectively with senior business leaders, technology stakeholders, and executive teams.
  • Influence decision-making through clear and effective communication.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) activities.
  • Drive escalation processes and resolution of critical delivery risks and issues.
  • Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and support key delivery decisions.
  • Provide oversight, coaching, and guidance to junior PMO team members.
  • Promote high-quality governance and delivery management practices.
