About The Position
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to lead complex plumbing and MEP projects in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with strong project management, plumbing system design oversight, and client-facing leadership across commercial, healthcare, or multifamily projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in plumbing engineering / MEP project management
- Proven success managing large-scale building systems projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing design, codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Nice To Haves
- PE license preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle plumbing/MEP projects from concept through construction and closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, budget (P&L), and project resources
- Oversee design and coordination of domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems
- Ensure compliance with Florida Plumbing Code, IPC/UPC, and local regulations
- Serve as primary client contact, driving satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams for integrated design
- Review submittments, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
