Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. The Senior Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale plumbing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
7–10+ years of plumbing project management experience in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($1M–$10M+)
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, including commercial and industrial work
Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and company standards
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff
Coordinate with Plumbing Foremen and Superintendents to ensure field productivity
Conduct regular project meetings and performance reviews
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
Review and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices
Identify and manage change orders and cost impacts
Ensure projects meet or exceed gross profit targets
Serve as primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and stakeholders
Maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction
Participate in project negotiations and contract reviews
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Monitor contract compliance and manage disputes when necessary
Assist estimating team with budgets, value engineering, and constructability reviews
Participate in bid reviews and project handoff meetings
