About The Position

Aeroflow Health is a national leader in home medical equipment and clinical services, combining technology, operational excellence, and compassionate expertise to deliver essential products and care directly to patients’ homes. They are committed to making healthcare accessible through a holistic approach to patient care and employee well-being. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the U.S., an Inc. 5000 honoree, and a certified Great Place to Work®, Aeroflow is dedicated to building an exceptional workplace where employees are empowered, supported, and inspired. The Product Delivery Platform Engineering team at Aeroflow enables engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate software quickly, securely, and reliably at scale. This team is responsible for the cloud infrastructure, tooling, automation, observability, and engineering workflows that support software delivery across the organization. They support Ecommerce Product Engineering, Internal Product Engineering, and Innovation Engineering by enhancing developer experience, standardizing delivery workflows, increasing operational visibility, reducing friction in the software development lifecycle, and creating scalable engineering systems. This role is not a traditional infrastructure support or ticket-based DevOps position. The team operates using modern Platform Engineering and DevOps principles focused on developer enablement, cloud infrastructure and automation, CI/CD reliability and delivery acceleration, observability and operational excellence, security and compliance enablement, and developer experience and engineering effectiveness. As a Senior Product Delivery Platform Engineer (DevOps / AWS), you will play a foundational role in improving how software is built, deployed, monitored, and operated across Aeroflow Health. You will collaborate closely with software engineers to reduce operational friction, improve reliability, simplify workflows, and create systems that enable faster development without compromising quality, security, or scalability. Success requires a builder who enjoys creating systems, simplifying complexity, solving challenging problems, and acting as a trusted technical partner to engineering teams. This role is intended for a local, long-term engineering hire who can build strong partnerships and context within Aeroflow’s engineering organization.
