Requirements

  • BS/MSEE (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of board/System design experience
  • Proven experience with system bring-up and validation
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects from specification through production.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge in analog and digital electrical circuits.
  • Experience with SoC platform design, including high current power delivery and high speed signals.
  • Proven industry experience with board design and fabrication including schematics, layout, and familiarity with thermal and mechanical design processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design responsibility for the design of evaluation boards for NVIDIA products, including GPUs, CPUs, test chips, etc.
  • Drive every aspect of design execution, electrical schematics, component selection, and provide layout guidance.
  • Manage the documentation required to release the product to manufacturing and partners, and serve as the primary interface to the Silicon/Thermal/Mechanical/SI/EMC engineers.
  • Collaborate with Platform Architects and Chip Leads to create the platform specification and ensure the design meets the performance and testing requirements.
  • Hands-on development and testing in a lab environment, validation plans and bring-up, accompanying production and qualification processes.
