About The Position
A growing accessories brand is hiring a Senior Planning Manager to build and lead planning across wholesale and DTC. This is a high-impact role for someone who can own the full picture, not just demand or replenishment, and thrive in a fast-moving, scrappy environment. This is a hybrid role.
Requirements
- 5+ years in planning (fashion/accessories preferred)
- Strong OTB, inventory, and financial planning experience
- Background across wholesale + DTC
- Advanced Excel; systems experience a plus
- Analytical, scrappy, and strategic
Responsibilities
- Own OTB, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and allocation strategies
- Lead weekly/monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Turn data into actionable insights for merchandising and leadership
- Build scalable planning tools and processes
