About The Position

As the Senior Scheduler/Planner, you will be involved in establishing and maintaining the project planning and scheduling framework. This includes developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), baseline schedule, and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers, the Construction Manager (CM), and contractors. You will prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces. The role involves developing and optimizing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, reviewing third-party schedules for logic, critical path, risk, and overall reasonableness. You will also define progress measurement methods, implement Earned Value Management (EVM), verify progress reporting, and issue monthly integrated controls reports (cost-schedule-risk). Monitoring schedule performance, assessing variances to the baseline, maintaining schedule records, and recommending recovery or mitigation actions are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assess schedule impacts of changes, maintain time-impact and supporting records, and support delay analysis, claims review, and dispute resolution. The role also includes supporting integrated risk management, conducting site visits as required to validate progress, and contributing to the continuous improvement of planning and controls processes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project controls, time/schedule management and project management
  • Extensive experience scheduling with Primavera P6 and OPC
  • Experience in Infrastructure Real Property projects and programs
  • A minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience
