About The Position

This position is responsible to coordinate, plan, and oversee the primary responsibilities and functions relating to and or impacting the assigned division inclusive of plant operations, material handling units, Forward Warehouses, internal/external freezer activity, and inventory reconciliations. Other responsibilities include train and further develop necessary skills of other Team Members providing leadership, knowledge, and assistance; and maintain communication with internal and external department heads to achieve financial business and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
3+ years of industry experience preferred.
Planning, Operations, Sales, and Transportation experience preferred.
Ability to comprehend and lead planning processes through available existing and potential tools currently utilized in planning area.
QMF ability in writing and executing basic programs (e.g., queries, spreadsheets) to troubleshoot data is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills through various levels.
Ability to train other Team members in the work unit is critical.
Informal presentations to groups on work-related topics.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Display effective and justifiable decision-making abilities.
Be detail oriented, trustworthy, and people and process oriented.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
