The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading the physician payment process, including cap testing all bonus payments, calculating productivity reconciliation payments, and reviewing monthly physician incentive accruals. This role ensures submitted physician bonus payments have appropriate supporting documentation per the terms of the physician employment agreement and RSFH policies and procedures. The analyst is responsible for cap testing all physician payments, routing for appropriate level of review, and submitting payments to payroll. They will also complete productivity reconciliation calculations for physician incentive payments and ensure payments are issued per the terms of the physician’s employment agreement and organization policies. Additionally, the role involves completing monthly physician true-ups to share details of calculations with managers and individual physicians, and assisting the Director of Physician Compensation with compensation initiatives, ad hoc analytics, and projects as requested.
