Senior Physical Security Analyst

This role serves as a Physical Security and Compliance Security Officer, responsible for maintaining and monitoring physical security policies, standards, and best practices. The analyst will abide by security guidelines to ensure the safety and security of staff and assets, manage Security Control Center Coordinators and security operations, and administer physical security functions for company facilities. The position requires recognizing and mitigating potential security threats, providing and ensuring adherence to MasterCard Corporate Security Standard Operating Guidelines, and managing security staff through delegation of projects, tasks, and assignments, as well as managing schedules for proper coverage.
Requirements
- Active Driver’s license
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
- Represents MasterCard while interacting with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement liaison at State and Local levels
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Formal and ongoing Security Training
- Complex problem solving
Nice To Haves
- BA Degree preferred
- Security, military, law enforcement, firefighting or emergency medical services background preferred
Responsibilities
- Interaction with employees and guests, provide direction on security policy and visitor directions as needed
- Operational use of security systems
- Trains and supervises Security officers with respect to the execution of established physical security policies, programs and procedures
- Recommends the development and implementation of physical security policies, programs and procedures
- Ensures initiatives align with department goals, and processes/procedures are maintained to meet service and quality standards
- Plans and schedules uniformed security manpower resources for special events
- Acts as point of contact for local emergency service, law enforcement agencies and internal MasterCard departments
- Manages and administers emergency planning/response and incident management/reporting programs
- Develops audit controls to monitor performance of security personnel
- Audits security functions for compliance with service level agreement
- Reviews and resolves Incident Reports
- Responsible for Global Access Control Badge Production
- Compliance with security operating guidelines
- Coordinates/Dispatches emergency responses to all security events
- Ensures proper escalation of any security related issues
- Resolves complex customer service issues
- Physically fit enough to walk building patrols
- Monitors response to access control, fire detection and CCTV systems
- Assist with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement
- Initiates Incident Report investigations and provides detailed reports
- Respond to emergency dispatch, response and mitigation relative to security, fire or EMS response
