About The Position

Intetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack PHP Engineer to join its dynamic team on a full-time basis. The client is an established international software company that develops a B2B platform for managing customer relationships, sales processes, and commercial data. Its products combine traditional business software with AI-driven capabilities to help sales teams identify opportunities, prioritize activities, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions. The platform is designed for complex business environments and integrates with a wide range of existing enterprise systems.

The role requires professional software development experience across PHP and JavaScript, modern backend and frontend frameworks, API development and integration, relational databases, and software architecture. The engineer will also use AI-powered coding tools and agents for development tasks, while reviewing and improving AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including strong expertise in PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Ability to use AI coding agents for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, and development automation.
• Experience reviewing, validating, and improving AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Experience with automated testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and ability to work independently.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-native or agentic development workflows.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development (SDD) and AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale SaaS applications.
