We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney to independently manage high-value, complex cases while serving as a mentor and leader within our Pre-Litigation Department. Requirements

Active California Bar License in good standing.
8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (with heavy emphasis on pre-litigation).
Proven track record of negotiating substantial, high-value settlements.
Leadership or mentoring experience within a fast-paced legal environment.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.
Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, and premises liability claims.
Formal experience supervising legal staff or junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

Independently direct high-value plaintiff PI cases from intake through strategic settlement.
Draft comprehensive demand packages, negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel, and participate in mediations to maximize recovery.
Analyze complex liability, coverage, medical treatment progression, and damages; transition litigation-bound cases seamlessly.
Provide guidance, review work products, and mentor junior attorneys, case managers, and support staff.
Collaborate with firm leadership to refine SOPs, improve workflow efficiency, and elevate department performance.
Serve as the primary trusted advisor, providing high-touch guidance and regular case updates.
