About The Position

As Senior Performance Media Manager for the Creator Category, you will be accountable for driving long-term growth and in-quarter results for the Creator apps (Firefly, Premiere Mobile) and partnering on the Creator Mobile strategy within the (USD)+ billion Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses. This role is intended to be flexible and support a team of strategists in a pod-type structure to deliver results for a fast-moving business. Creative Cloud products are used to make the most visually engaging digital experiences anywhere, and Adobe is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the nature of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and whatever is next. In this highly visible role, you'll focus on crafting innovative mobile, paid social and paid search programs that translate business goals into relevant customer experiences that drive revenue and engagement. Your challenge is to evolve a paid strategy for full funnel Creator marketing, growing mobile MAU as well as scaling annual recurring revenue (ARR) in channels focused on RoMs growth. You will be tasked with making Adobe a world-class marketer in bringing innovative AI products to a global Creator audience. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing Analytics, Adobe Studio, Go to Market Business Unit, and any Mobile, Social, Display, Search, and Web teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years-experience
  • MBA or BA/BS degree
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with a preference for paid social media and mobile expertise
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends and pursue the right questions to take action
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the team on the development of outstanding mobile, social, and search media strategies across business units to support brand & performance-based goals
  • Partner with the Mobile MAU growth squad for Creator apps (Firefly, Premiere Mobile, Lightroom Mobile, Photoshop Mobile)
  • Partner with the Firefly Performance Media team to support key mobile and desktop to drive cross-device usage
  • Partner on MAU growth initiatives for Firefly Mobile and Premiere Mobile by aligning paid media strategies with product usage signals.
  • Define and refine "Quality MAU" metrics using behavioral indicators (e.g., active 2+ days in week 1, Month 2 retention).
  • Optimize media performance across Apple Ads, Meta, Google UAC,TikTok, Snap, etc. using product event data and cohort-based KPIs.
  • Build testing methodology for new platforms and establish performance thresholds for further investment
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing, GTM, Data Science, Product, and Media teams to ensure unified reporting and strategic alignment.
  • Proactively drive measurement projects with performance insights & data science partners while building a testing & optimization driven culture across teams
  • Support incrementality testing and MMM to validate media impact on GNARR and MAU.
  • Drive creative and audience testing to prioritize retention and long-term value over install volume.
  • Drive targeting consistency across audience management platforms
  • Translate product KPIs into actionable media targets and support operational alignment across teams.
