About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Performance Designer to create clean, high-converting digital assets for a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand. This role is best for a designer who can balance strong visuals with direct-response marketing and conversion goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, performance design, digital design, or e-commerce creative.
  • Strong portfolio with paid ad creatives, social media graphics, landing page visuals, and conversion-focused designs.
  • Experience with e-commerce brands; consumer products, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in AI and automation tools to improve creative workflows, speed, and output quality.
  • Good understanding of direct-response design, A/B testing, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
  • Able to work independently, communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Understanding of e-commerce advertising guidelines and platform compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for paid ads, organic social, email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and other e-commerce marketing channels.
  • Create static graphics, short-form video assets, motion graphics, ad variations, and promotional visuals.
  • Develop creative concepts based on customer pain points, product benefits, campaign goals, and audience insights.
  • Use performance data and creative feedback to improve ad designs, messaging, and visual direction.
  • Maintain brand consistency while testing new layouts, hooks, angles, and formats.
  • Present product benefits clearly, professionally, and in a compliant way.
