About The Position

DNSFilter is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to be the operational backbone of their People team. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of HR operations, HRIS administration, partnering with external compensation consultants for data integrity, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency. This is an individual contributor role with significant impact, ideal for someone who values clean data, efficient problem-solving, and utilizing technology. The role also offers opportunities to be involved in employee relations, performance conversations, and other personnel matters, with potential for growth alongside operational responsibilities. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of HR Operations experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS scaleup environment.
  • Hands-on ownership of an HRIS.
  • At least one full performance review and compensation cycle run, including working with internal or external comp partners on benchmarking and band data.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in your last role, with specific examples you can walk through.
  • Detail orientation that shows up in clean data, fewer escalations, and audit-ready files.
  • Comfort with AI tools, Claude 101 certificate is required upon hire.
  • Strong written communication and a service mindset for employees and managers.
  • Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • BambooHR administration end-to-end, including configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and full employee lifecycle workflows.
  • 15Five operations, including performance review cycle setup, manager enablement, and reporting.
  • Own new hire onboarding experience, including orientation, background checks, I-9 verifications, and system setup.
  • Compensation cycle support, working directly with Paidwell, our external compensation consultant, to keep employee, role, leveling, and band data clean and ready for analysis.
  • Detailed operations work across onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, leave administration, and compliance tasks.
  • AI tools across the People function, with clear ownership of identifying where AI can save time and training the team on new prompts and workflows.
  • Employee data audits, organizational reporting, and ad hoc analysis for the CPO and senior leadership.
  • Documentation and SOPs that keep the function repeatable as we grow.
  • Accurate documentation and administration of variable compensation structures — bonus targets, commission plans, and MBO plans — serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and the system of record.
  • Own swag budget and gifting programs for work anniversies, milestones, referral programs, and new hires.
