Our rapidly growing team at Evolve is hiring Senior People Business Partners to align with dedicated business portfolios across our organization. Depending on business needs, each role may partner with leaders in areas such as Product, Technology, Commercial, Revenue, Customer, or Operations. These roles serve as strategic advisors to senior leaders, including CTO, CRO, and executive-level partners as assigned, translating business priorities into the organizational structures, talent plans, leadership practices, and employee experiences that help teams scale with speed, clarity, and care. You will be both a trusted partner and a hands-on operator: diagnosing organizational opportunities, coaching leaders through complex moments, using data to guide decisions, and partnering across People, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, and Organizational Development to deliver practical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong HRBP experience, excellent judgment, and the courage to challenge leaders while maintaining deep trust.
