We are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our tight knit Payroll team. This position will be based in our Westport, CT office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in hands on payroll processing. About the Role As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for our U.S. employees. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, reconcile payroll accounts, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as a key partner to internal teams and employees. Your expertise will help enhance our payroll systems and processes, contributing directly to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
